Sponsored by the ACS Division of Chemical Information and the Special Libraries Association Chemistry Division, the CCIIM contains a collection of materials developed to assist in teaching about chemical informatlion sources. Many of the items available from the clearinghouse are on the Web ( http://www.indiana.edu/~cheminfo/cciimnro.html). In addition to locally developed items, the lists contain references to instructional material developed by the producers of chemical information tools, many of which are supplied free by the producer. A selection of representative materials and search techniques will be presented in the paper.
